You can’t get stamps when you train alone in the team or Olympia gym. You have to play against others to get stamps and medals.

Teams get awards based on how well they do, and the best 100 players in each mini-game get prizes and big bonuses. Stickers are then used to get equipment and crates for your character. The Summer Games have a team-based mini-game system where awards are earned by winning games. What Are Stamps For in Gym League?
