To get Bug’s Lymphs, you will need to kill creatures like Butterflies and Ants (that includes Carpenter Ant Workers/Warriors along with Bull Ants), which will drop Bug’s Lymphs after being defeated. You will find them abundantly around the starting area for your Smallfolk, which is near the NPC Herne or the Great Tree, about center of the map near the river that runs north to south.
Both Ants and Butterflies tend to be well-populated across the region, but the center is a good starting place. When taking down Butterflies, you may find that a ranged weapon, like a bow, is best to take care of them quickly as they don’t always fly into melee range.
You can also get Bug’s Lymphs from Wasps, which are located on the southeastern beach. Just be mindful of how much poison you’ve taken!
