If this was purchased through Amazon, you will find that the steps to redeem it are a bit different than what you might have encountered by obtaining a physical card. Amazon Roblox Gift Card
To redeem a Roblox Gift Card from Amazon you will need to follow these steps:
- Go to the Amazon Your Digital Items page
- Login to your Amazon account if you haven’t already
- Copy the code shown in the “PIN Code” area
- Go to the Game Card Redemption page on Roblox
- Login to your Roblox Account or make sure you are logged into the correct account
- Paste the code into the code area
- Hit the Redeem button to get your Robux!
If someone has purchased a gift card for you through Amazon, they will need to go to the digital items area and give you the code listed there. It should be listed under Downloads and Codes.
Once you have that code, you can head to the Redeem Roblox Codes page. This is where you need to make sure you are logged into your account. If you are on a mobile device, Xbox, or anything else you will need to do this within a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) because you can’t do it in the app.
If you successfully enter the code into the redeem area, you will get a popup window telling you that you have redeem the code. You will also get a free avatar item of some sort by redeeming the code based on the amount of the card. These items change every month, and different ones can be obtained depending on where you get your gift card from. Amazon has its own items that are given, where as you will get something different if you get a card from Walmart, Target, or any other participating store.
Once you hit either of the buttons on the window showing you have successfully redeemed your code, you should see the Robux in your account! You can then use it to purchase a cosmetic from the Avatar Shop, or you can purchase gamepasses from particular games.
