Gym League contests can be challenging as you move through the gyms. The competition becomes tougher, and to pose effectively during contests, you must hit the Spacebar faster. But don’t worry, there’s a plan that can make these contests much simpler.

If you’re after free cash and boosts, why not check out our Gym League codes and see what you can get? Or read our guides on Poses, Best Workout Strategy, and Auras.

Gym League – How To Win Competitions Easy

The secret is in Body Alters. By improving your character with Body Alters, you’ll see that competitions become much easier, even in harder Gyms. This is because Body Alters make the required Space bar presses a lot lower.

The best strategy is to target Gyms one level below the one you’re at. This way, you’ll always be able to beat anyone who is in the competition because it’s hard for them but easy on you. I have multiple poses, but I do not think that has made much of a difference.

So make sure to balance with Gym Progression. You’re not going to win those competitions with the lowest Body Alter in the gym. There is a way to win regardless, though.

The second strategy is to go to a server with almost no one inside. There are no private servers, so you’ll have to deal with logging out and then in until you get a relatively small server. Also, remember that each gym has its own server and people within, so you may be able to win competitions at the gym you’re at just because there’s hardly anyone around. However, this is more based on luck, so we don’t recommend doing this unless you’re in a gym with no one inside.

This is a surefire way to get easy money in Gym League, and I’ve been using it to get more Body Alters and get to better Gyms.
