The Kioru V2 is a significant upgrade to the original Kioru sword in King Legacy. This guide outlines the steps required to acquire this legendary weapon, including defeating four challenging sea bosses and locating a hidden NPC on Luma Grove Island.
How to Get Kioru
Before pursuing the Kioru V2, you must first obtain the original Kioru sword. You can get this sword by completing all of Tiger’s quests after reaching max level, then buying it from him for 25,000,000 Beli.
The Four Sea Bosses
To unlock the Kioru V2 upgrade, you must defeat four powerful sea bosses that roam the Third Sea. These bosses spawn every 1.5 to 2 hours, and their locations are not indicated on the map, requiring you to actively search for them by sailing, swimming, or flying across the Third Sea but away from islands. The four bosses are:
- Drakenfyr, the Inferno King
- Chaos Kraken
- Deepsea Crusher
- Abyssal Tyrant
Luma Grove
Once you have vanquished the four sea bosses, journey to Luma Grove, a small, new island encased in a bubble located in the Third Sea; there, you’ll find an NPC named Mikaru. After defeating all four bosses, Mikaru will offer to upgrade your Kioru to the legendary Kioru V2 for 55,555,555 Beli.
Kioru V2 Moveset
The Kioru V2 possesses two powerful moves:
- Echo Strike: You transform into a blue blur, moving with incredible speed and delivering 15 swift sword attacks.
- Biohazard Bolt: You execute a backflip as a massive wave of blue energy erupts forward in a straight line.
