How to Get the Cha Hae In Sword and Sword of Light Recipe in Verse Piece
To get the Cha Hae In Sword in Verse Piece, you need to find the Cha Hae In Teacher NPC on Dungeon Cave island. This island is conveniently located near the starter island, so it shouldn’t be too hard to find. Just head toward the skull and crossbones icon on your HUD.
Once you’re on Dungeon Cave Island, look for Cha Hae. She’s standing on top of a small hill. When you talk to her, she’ll give you a quest with the following requirements:
- x1 Sword of Light Recipe: This is a rare drop from a boss.
- x5 Light Ore: You’ll need to mine this.
- x100 Iron: More mining!
- x50 Wood: Just kill low-level Bandit Mobs
- 7,500 Gems: You should have plenty of these from completing quests.
How to Get the Sword of Light Recipe
The Sword of Light Recipe is a drop from the Fallen Angel boss. This boss spawns every 5 minutes with a 20% chance of appearing on the same island where you find Cha Hae (Dungeon Cave island).
Once the boss spawns, you need to defeat it for a chance to get the recipe. The exact drop rate isn’t known, but it’s safe to assume it’s pretty low, so be prepared for some grinding.
It is highly recommended to also do the Fallen Angel quest while attempting to get this drop. The Fallen Angel NPC is just above the Cha Hae In Trainer. You will get the Fallen Angel race!
How to Get Light Ore and Iron
After obtaining the Sword of Light Recipe, it’s time to gather your ores. You’ll find all the necessary ores within the cave on Dungeon Cave island (the same island you’re already on!).
- Get a Pickaxe: Before you can start mining, you need a pickaxe. Find the Skeleton Zombie’s NPC standing at the entrance of the cave. He’ll give you a quest to kill 25 of the NPCs inside the cave. Complete this quest, and he’ll reward you with a pickaxe.
- Mine the Ores: Head inside the cave and look for crystal/ore deposits. Different colored crystals drop different ores. Use your pickaxe to mine them. Keep in mind that some ore deposits might be guarded by NPCs, so you’ll need to defeat them first.
Once you’ve collected all the required materials (Sword of Light Recipe, Light Ore, Iron, Wood, and Gems), return to Cha Hae and talk to her. She’ll reward you with the Cha Hae In Sword.
