To obtain Mints in Scarlet and Violet, you can buy these in Chansey Supply Stores. However, you can only access the store if you defeat Ryme, the Montenevera Gym Leader, and get six badges. If you can do this, you can shop in every prominent location where the store is located. One location of the store is in Mesagoza. Fly to the Western part of Mesagoza, as depicted in the picture. Head up the stairs and go to the plaza.
Afterward, head to the northeast part of the plaza to locate the Chansey Supply Store. The store has a green portico with a “pill” as a logo. You can buy Mints for 20,000 Pokedollars each.
