Sinistea is a Ghost-type Pokémon, otherwise known as Black Tea Pokémon, and evolves into Polteageist. Its entry in Pokédex says that Sinistea “Lives among ruins” and “Lives near towns and cities.” Sinistea can be found in different locations in the vast open world of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. If you are looking for the spawn location of Sinisteas in the Paldea, we’ve got you covered in this guide!
Sinistea locations in Scarlet and Violet
To locate Sinistea’s spawn location in the Paldea, you will need to go to the towns and ruins of either South Province (Area Six) or East Province (Area Three). It has a spawn rate of 60% in Ruins and 30% in Towns. The nearest Sinistea spawn location would be in the East Province (Area Three), near Zapapico East.
From Zapapico, head to its top eastern part and there you may find a Sinistea. You may run around the area to locate it, although it is usually in the small hill of that area. It can spawn one to two at a time on the hill. You can run back and forth in and out of the Pokemon center and the hill to reset Sinistea spawns.
Sinistea also spawns at the bottom left corner of Paldea or South Province (Area Six) near the city of Alfornada. Getting there could take quite an effort. For an easier route, you may travel through a tunnel in the West Province (Area One). This tunnel leads all the way to the Southern parts of Paldea. When you reach the end of the tunnel, continue on and leap down a short cliff, then continue until you see an Alfornada (Detour) sign. Take this detour and you will reach the South Province (Area Six). Sinistea spawns in the east side of the South Province (Area Six).
