Tinkatink, otherwise known as Metalsmith Pokémon, is a Fairy/Steel-type Pokémon that evolves into Tinkatuff. In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Tinkatink is known to live among ruins. Although Tinkatink’s Pokédex entry states that it is “Rarely seen,” you may actually find it early on in the game. If you are looking for the spawn location of Tinkatink in Scarlet and Violet, we’ll walk you through this guide!
Tinkatink locations in Scarlet and Violet
To locate Tinkatink’s spawn location early on in the game, you may start looking for it right away after completing the tutorial in the Mesagoza. Although you may find Tinkatinks in other areas of the Paldea, its nearest habitat would be at the upper part of the area that is located between the West entrance of Mesagoza and Cortondo.
Specifically, Tinkatink’s spawn location would be just above the Grand Olive Orchard up a mountain where you can find ruins. By the time you encounter Tinkatink early on in the game, it will likely be at level 13.
You may also locate Tinkatink early on in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet by exiting Mesagoza to the east and following a trail. You will come across a Pokémon Center by following a route from Mesagoza (East). Keep moving forward along the route until you reach an elevation. Keep walking up the hill, and after you have climbed enough, you will come across some ruins where Tinkatink may spawn.
You can reset the spawns by running away from the spawn area until everything is beyond the render distance, and then returning to the spawn area. You may keep resetting the spawn this way until you find a Tinkatink.
