How to get Insect Stingers
To get Insect Stingers, you will need to kill Bees and Drones, which can drop Insect Stingers after being defeated. You will find them abundantly around the starting area for your Smallfolk, which is near the NPC Herne or the Great Tree, about center of the map near the river that runs north to south.
Bees tend to be well-populated across the region, but the center is a good starting place. When taking down Bees, you may find that a ranged weapon but melee weapons also work. Bees drop Bee Heads, Honey Crumbles, Insect Fur, Insect Stingers, and Insect Wings.
Additionally, Wasps also drop Insect Stingers and are located on the southeastern beach, south of the NPC Herne. Wasps also have a chance to drop Bug’s Lymphs, Chitins, and Poison Glands.
