A Universal Time (AUT) Shanks Gryphon Ability Guide
Like getting Gomu Gomu No Mi ability and Gear 2 in AUT, you need to head to Orange Town via Kuma to get Gryphon. From spawning in Orange Town, head immediately right, past the two boats, and to the right of the house. At the back of the house is Conq Shanks.
Speak to Conq Shanks, and you’ll be tasked with defeating 20 pirates, much like the Shanks Quest, to get the Gomu Devil Fruit. Pirates can be found around Orange Town; they spawn pretty often.
After returning to Conq Shanks, he will ask you to find some West Blue Juice, an uncommon item found in loot chests. You probably already have one, just make sure to put it in your Inventory before talking to Conq Shanks again. Next, you’ll need to defeat Buggy, who can be found near the original Shanks NPC in Orange Town. He spawns roughly every 15-20 minutes.
After defeating Buggy, return to Conq Shanks, and you will be given the task of defeating the boss Shanks. The Shanks boss spawns in Orange Town and is much tougher than Buggy, so it’s recommended to bring along some friends and be prepared for a challenging fight. He appears every 30-35 minutes.
After defeating the Shanks, return to Conq Shanks to complete the quest. In return, you will receive the Manual of Gryphon’s Techniques. Use this ability when you are standless to learn the Gryphon ability.
