A Universal Time (AUT) Gear 2 Guide

To get Gear 2 in A Universal Time, you must first ascend to Ascension Rank 2 with the Gomu Gomu No Mi ability, defeat a few bosses, and ends in a fight with Luffy himself.

When you’re in base Gomu in AUT, you must first achieve Ascension Rank 2 to unlock Gear 2. This requires 1,000,000 UCoins and 200 Ability Levels.

Once you reach Ascension Rank 2, head to Orange Town and speak to the Luffy NPC located to the left of the entrance. He will ask you to find Meat on the Bone, which is a very common drop from loot chests. After that, you will need to defeat 25 Pirates that spawn around Orange Town while using the Gomu Gomu No Mi ability.

After completing this quest, you will have to face a series of bosses. Similar to the Shank’s quest, you need to defeat Buggy again, this time using the Gomu Gomu No Mi. After Buggy, you will need to defeat the Law boss, and then Luffy himself will challenge you to a fight.
