Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have prepared a challenging time-limited Tera Raid event in which players may have the chance to battle a Four- and Five-Star Hydreigon and Dragapult Tera Raid. Dragapult‘s spawn rate will increase exclusively in Pokémon Violet Tera Raid battles. Dragapult will emerge in a variety of Tera types, so it’s best to participate in as many raids as possible to get them all. If you are facing a Dragapult with Dragon Tera Type, Dachsbun might be an excellent pick to add to your team.
Dachsbun is a Fairy Type Pokémon that is excellent against Dragon Type Pokémon, making it the perfect choice for the upcoming Dragapult Spotlight Tera Raid. Dachsbun also has a Well-Baked Body ability which makes it immune to any Fire-type moves that Dragapult may have. If you want to know the best build for Dachsbun for the Dragapult Tera Raid, we’ve got you covered in this guide!
Best Dachsbun Move Set and Held Item

To make the most out of Dachsbun and succeed in the Dragapult Tera Raid, you must know the best moveset and held item for this Pokémon. In addition, it is ideal for Dachsbun to have a Fairy Tera Type and have 252 HP and 252 DEF EV spread.
Dachsbun is an excellent support unit considering its high Defense and Special Defense stats. It is best for Dachsbun to have a Draining Kiss move so its HP is restored to more than half the damage taken by the target. The Misty Terrain move may also help reduce damage from Dragapult’s Dragon-type moves by half for five turns. Dachsbun’s moveset must also include the Play Rough Fairy Type move to lower the Dragapult’s Attack stat.
It is also ideal to give Dachsbun an Impish Mint to maximize its Defense stat. In the Dragapult Raid, Dachsbun should also have an Ability Shield held item to protect it from having its ability changed. Ability Shield is available at the Delibird Presents shop in Mesagoza.
