To make the most out of Lucario and succeed in the Hydreigon Tera Raid, you must know the best moveset and held item for this Pokémon. In addition, it is ideal for Lucario to have a Fighting Tera Type and have 252 HP and 252 SPA EV spread.
Lucario heavily relies on its Attack and Special Attack stats. As such, it is best for Lucario to have a Meteor Mash in its moveset to further raise its Attack stat.
