Wild Hearts Karakuri Staff Weapon Guide
The Karakuri Staff is one of Wild Hearts best weapons to have, because its different mutations allow you to change the shape of it mid-attack. It has four different forms that you can use that all perform a melee attack of some kind.
How to unlock the Karakuri Staff
To unlock the Karakuri Staff weapon in Wild Hearts, you will need to complete the first chapter of the Wild Hearts main storyline. Thankfully, this shouldn’t take too long, so you will be able to unlock this weapon quickly and start to train with it.
How to use the Karakuri Staff
It has four mutations, and each mutation makes it better for different types of attacks/situations. When it is a long staff, it is excellent for close combat attacks where speed is important but not crucial. In its Twin Fang mutation, it offers rapid striking abilities, which contrasts with its Giant Shuriken form where it deals slower attacks but heavy damage. The final form it can take is the War Pike that offers a lunge and attack.
You can switch from one form to another mid-combat by pressing R2/RT, and when you do so, you can create combos that will fill up the weapon’s gauge and allowing you to unleash its Juggernaut Slash, which scales as the gauge is filled.
