Featured Wild Hearts

Wild Hearts is a fast-paced action game with a vibrant, stylized aesthetic and a synth-pop soundtrack, where players travel through surreal and dreamlike landscapes, battling foes, and dodging obstacles. At launch, there are eight different weapons in the game, so we have put together this Wild Hearts Bladed Wagasa Weapon Guide to help you understand how this weapon works, the best way to wield it, and when to use it in the game.

Wild Hearts Bladed Wagasa Weapon Guide

The Bladed Wagasa is a fast, close-range weapon that utilizes aerial attacks, strikes, and slashes to deliver damage and help you parry/dodge. The key to mastering this weapon is to learn how to parry and dodge and following up with attacks as this causes extra damage.

How to use the Bladed Wagasa

This is an aggressive weapon, so you’ll want to push forward in order to parry incoming attacks so that you can follow it up with an attack. This combo will deal extra damage. It can take some time to master this weapon as timing of parries is important; you can only parry three times in a row before you’ve emptied your stamina. There’s also a brief window of time for you to deflect an attack.

However, once you master the art of parrying with the Bladed Wagasa, you’ll be able to quickly fill the Spindance Gauge and deal heavy damage to Kemonos. The Attack 2, which allows you to lunge, takes some getting used to as it feels like you are thrown around, so you will need to pay attention to where you are as you do not want to back away from a Kemono as it will deplete your gauge.

We hope our Wild Hearts Bladed Wagasa Guide has helped you to understand how the weapon works, the best way to wield it, and when to use it in the game. Check out more of our Wild Hearts coverage!
